Thai (English Sub) Pu, a misfit young woman, frequently dreams of her dead mother building a house. A fortune-teller warns her that if the dream continues, her father will die once the house is completed. Meanwhile, her father—a playboy and karaoke regular—meets the woman of his fantasies, Yok, a high-class companion who belongs to a young Chinese mafia. One of the mafia's hitmen, Noi, a half-Thai, half-Caucasian man left behind by an American G.I., has a crush on Pu but is too shy to ask her out. As Pu struggles in vain to stop her recurring dream of the house, her father's dangerous relationship with Yok continuously brings him one misfortune after another.
