Cantonese (Thai & English Subtitles) Yuen is a stereotypical housewife, her days dulled by endless domestic routines.. By chance, she stumbles into the dazzling world of pole dancing, where she embarks on a secret journey - one she keeps hidden from her conservative husband, Lam, and her son, Heng. As colour slowly returns to her life, she forms an unexpected friendship with her much young classmate, Wing-shan. Meanwhile, Fung-mei, the 70-year-old grandmother with a heart of a young lady, falls prey to a scam while searching for love on dating app. Forced to move into Yuen’s home, her arrival stirs up evenmore chaos to the already strained family. As time passes, the mother and daughter duo come into growing conflict with Lam in an attempt to hold on to their fading youth. However, Yuen’s secret life is on the verge of exposure. Can she embrace her true self and rediscover her own "Bird of Paradise"?
